Fully automated molding process

The production line adopts a continuous press system with international leading technical standards, which supports one-click switching of particleboard production needs of different thicknesses and densities, greatly shortening the downtime adjustment time. Combined with sensor real-time monitoring technology, the hot pressing temperature and pressure parameters can be dynamically optimized to ensure that the uniformity of board density meets international standards.

Raw material adaptability upgrade

For the rich fast-growing forest resources (such as eucalyptus and poplar) and agricultural residues (bagasse and straw) in Bangladesh, the equipment achieves efficient conversion of wood/non-wood raw materials by improving the cutting module and adhesive mixing system, and the raw material utilization rate is increased to more than 95%.
