A 5-head trim saw is a multi-blade, high-efficiency woodworking cutting equipment primarily used for simultaneously cutting long timber into multiple short pieces of fixed lengths. It is commonly employed in assembly line production for pallets, packaging, furniture, and structural wood components.

The equipment is equipped with five circular saws that can be configured at equal or varying spacing according to specific application requirements. Each saw head can be easily and independently positioned using lockable saw head positioners. When a board is fed transversely, these circular saws will simultaneously cut it into shorter wood strips in a single pass.
