Automatic Carton Packaging Line

The Automatic Carton Packaging Line seamlessly integrates various packaging functions: cartoning, case erecting, case packing, and case sealing. This system ensures a fully automated process from loading products into cartons to the final sealing of the cases. With efficient stacking, precise cartoning, and quick case sealing, it helps reduce labor costs and increase overall efficiency.

The carton packaging line is an industrial equipment used in manufacturing and packaging processes to automate the formation, filling, and sealing of cartons or boxes. These machines are commonly used in various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer goods, to streamline the packaging process and increase efficiency. Carton packaging machines come in different types and can include carton forming machine, carton sealing machine, carton folding machine etc.

1.Workers pack and label items on the palletizing tables

Several boards (either of the same or different sizes) are formed into a package, and the identification code on each board is scanned and a new package-based identification code (usually a QR code) is generated. And stack the boards of a package together, put the new identification code on top of the boards, and put all of them on the palletizing table, start the button, and the whole stack of boards will be
conveyed forward.

2.Pre-measuring

The whole package enters the pre-measuring station, the length, width and height of the package are measured by infrared rays.The height datais transmitted to the carton cutting machine; the length and width data is transmitted to the measuring machine.

3.Accurate measuring station

After receiving the data from the infrared pre-measuring station, the measuring machine adjusts the gauge to the optimal distance automatically. The length and width are measured accurately when the boards enter the measuring machine, and the data is transmitted to the carton cuting machine.At the same time,the width data is transmitted to the smart flipping machine and folding machine.

4.Cutting machine

After the carton cutting machine receiving the data, it automatically selects the best matching cardboard specification among the 6-12 different specifications and cuts the carton according to the set box type.

5.Plate feeder

Worker puts the cut cardboard underneath the plate feeder, when the boards pass by, the boards will be on the cardboard.

6.Smart flip machine

According to the data from the measuring machine, the optimal distance for feeding the boxes is automatically adjusted; the workers use the nail gun to fix the four corners of the cartons.

7.Intelligent box folding machine

The box folding machine automatically adjusts the optimal distance for feeding the boxes after receiving the data from measuring machine.After the arrival of the cardboards and boards, the workers fillin the foam and corner protectors.

8.Workers nail the boxes, put fillers(like foam,corner protector) and label

Workers put the corner protectors, foam on the package and stick the identification code on the carton.

9.Box sealing machine

The dimension data of the package is transmited to the box sealing machine to adjust the best sealing position. Side seals first, then front seals, back seals finally.

the frame and plate have sufficient strength and rigidity, the frame is equipped with the main drive motor and clutch brake of the machine, the machine plate is equipped with various transmission systems, and the torque overload protector can realize the main drive motor and transmission parts in the case of overload to protect the machine parts from damage.

4.The height is configurable
The machine can adjust to different heights to accommodate different sizes of packages so there is no need to change machine molds. It means that one machine can be used for many purposes that show incredible flexibility and versatility of the machine. Generally, it is suitable for all types of corrugated cardboard or lithographic laminated boxes, allowing the operation of a wide range of box types.

5.High safety
if there is no product – the box will not fall, and the machine will automatically stop and sound an alarm.
