The automatic flip pallet nailing table is a special fixture for pallet assembly in the field of wooden pallet manufacturing. It is an industrial fixture that combines mechanical clamping, flipping mechanism and automatic control unit. It is mainly used to achieve accurate fixation and positioning of pallets or pallet components.

It automatically flips 180° during the assembly or nailing process to achieve nailing on both sides of the wooden pallet. The equipment improves operating efficiency, reduces manual use, and ensures assembly accuracy and safety.

This machine is mainly used for the production and processing of pallets in the United States or Europe. Through the automatic control system, the nail position is accurately placed, which greatly improves the production efficiency and processing accuracy. 1. Flipping mechanism
The pallet can be flipped 180° through the rotating axis, which can realize the automatic flipping of European standard/American standard pallets to achieve double-sided nailing. The equipment is equipped with an automatic stacker to achieve automatic stacking after nailing.

2. Positioning and clamping system
The pallet foot pier and the wooden board are pressed by the hydraulic rod to ensure dimensional consistency. The fixture adopts an adjustable slider structure to adapt to pallets of different sizes.

3. Manual nailing
Equipped with a pneumatic nail gun, it supports the collaborative operation of two nail guns and adopts manual nailing, which reduces the production cost of the equipment and has a significant price advantage.
