Product Description

A gantry loading and unloading machine is an automated handling system designed for large panels. It uses vacuum suction cups to lift and move materials such as calcium silicate boards, magnesium oxide boards, cement fiber boards, MDF, particleboard, and panel furniture components. With one-button operation, it automates the entire loading and unloading cycle and is considered an essential piece of equipment in automated panel furniture production lines.

Features
Gantry: It spans the working area and is composed of columns and beams to support large-span operations.
Suction cup assembly: Multiple sets of vacuum suction cup arrays, suitable for boards of different sizes and materials (such as calcium silicate boards, glass magnesium boards, wooden boards, etc.).
Vacuum pump: It provides adsorption power. Some models adopt oil-free and silent design to reduce environmental pollution.
Pneumatic system: It controls the suction/release action of the suction cup. The equipment is equipped with a backwash cleaning function to prevent filter element clogging.
Working Principle
The panel is first fed onto a roller table beneath the gantry. The gantry’s suction head then moves down, contacts the panel surface, and activates vacuum to lift it. The head carries the panel to a preset target position, then lowers it to the lowest set point before releasing the vacuum. The panel is gently set down, completing one cycle.
