Features of Automatic Pallet Nailing Machine
Operation: The machine will auto clamping after the worker put the wood pallet bottom bean in machine, then put wood pallet plate, after automatic nailing.When complete it ,the work need flip the other side, put the plate in, then nailing it .
Operation program:Touch screen control , advanced programming, Feeding mechanism and nailing machine multi-axis linkage at the same time when working.it achieve fast and efficient nailing work.One more thing, it could switch different program basis on different material plate to produce non-standard pallet .
Automatic stacking: It will form aline with nailing machine,after nailing ,flip the wood pallet to stacking plat form .It will be
achieve the effect of automatic collect wood pallet and easy to transport. It save labor and operation time.
Option: basis on stacking platform,it could increase transport platform,achieve stacking 4-5stack.

Whole Production Line
Pallet block nailing machine + Automatic pallet nailing machine + Rotating machine + Branding machine +Corners cutting machine + Turnover machine + Stacking machine + Conveyor are connected into a production line.
First of all, block connecting machine aims to assemble pallet blocks and bottom deckboard. Secondly, pallet nailing machine will assemble the pallets. Once upon the nailing process is done, the half-finished pallet will be taken to the rotation part.
In the following step, the four corners of the pallet will be chamfered. By stacking pallets with obverse and reverse stacking method, the turnover machine is helpful for storing more pallets on the stacking machine. In the next place, the final pallet will be carried to the stacking machine. Then all the pallets will be stored on the conveyor.
