The CNC mortising machine for wooden door locks and hinges (also known as a wood door lock mortiser) is a numerically controlled machining center specifically designed for wooden door production. It completes lock holes, lock slots, and stepped lock recesses in a single pass, and also supports door panel engraving, mortising for door frames, window frames, sash grooves, and drilling/slotting operations for wooden furniture.

Working Principle

The machine operates under a computer numerical control (CNC) system. Based on pre-programmed paths, the control system precisely guides the cutting head (equipped with dedicated milling cutters or drill bits) to automatically mill and drill lock holes, lock slots, stepped lock recesses, and hinge mortises on the flat surface of wooden doors or furniture.
