Working principle of Cow Dung Briquette Machine

The machine operates on a high-pressure mechanical compaction principle. Raw materials are fed into a compression chamber where a powerful piston or screw mechanism forces them through a shaped die. The combination of extreme pressure and generated heat causes the natural lignins in the biomass to plasticize, binding the particles together. Upon exiting the die and cooling, the material solidifies into hard, cohesive briquettes or pellets.

A: It compresses cow dung, horse manure, goat manure, and other animal waste – as well as straw, sawdust, peanut shells, and other biomass – into dense solid fuel briquettes. Our ZZCHRYSO machine turns a pollution headache into clean, burnable energy. It’s ideal for farms, livestock operations, and biomass fuel plants.

A: The machine uses high‑pressure mechanical compaction. Raw material is fed into a compression chamber where a powerful piston or screw forces it through a shaped die. Extreme pressure and friction heat soften the natural lignin in the biomass, binding the particles together. After exiting the die and cooling, the material forms hard, cohesive briquettes.

A: It is very versatile and handles biomass with moisture content from 5% to 30% – horse manure, sheep manure, chicken manure, corn stalks, wheat straw, sawdust, peanut shells, leaves, rice husks, and more. Many materials can be pressed without pre‑grinding.

A: Four models: CRS‑2600A (75 kW, 1.5–2.5 t/h), CRS‑3500A (110 kW, 2.5–3.5 t/h), CRS‑4500A (132 kW, 3–4.5 t/h), and CRS‑6000A (185 kW, 4–6 t/h). All produce 32×32 mm square briquettes, with hole counts from 52 to 120 depending on the model.

A: 14% to 25% is ideal. If the material is too wet, simply air‑dry it or use a basic dryer. If too dry, add a little water. Our ZZCHRYSO machine is much more forgiving than ordinary briquette presses.
