Product Description

The curved vibration sander is specially designed for efficient polishing of various uneven surfaces, such as door panels, reliefs, furniture, etc. The machine adopts an integral cantilever support structure with high installation accuracy and strong stability. The pull-out structure makes it easier and more convenient to replace the sanding strips.
The processing height of each axis can be adjusted by electric control according to different processing requirements to improve flexibility.
The curved oscillating sander is equipped with an efficient dust removal system, which can effectively collect dust generated during processing and ensure a clean working environment.
The feed speed can be adjusted from 2.5 m/min to 12.5 m/min to meet different processing requirements.

Working principle of Curved Surface Vibration Sander
The curved surface oscillating sander usually adopts the design of a belt sander, which tensions the endless annular sanding belt on 2 or 3 pulleys to drive the sanding belt to move continuously. One of the tensioning wheels can also make a small amount of tilting, so that the sanding belt will have lateral movement. This lateral movement can help reduce the roughness of the workpiece surface.
For curved surface processing, the curved surface oscillating sander uses the flexibility of the sanding belt to process the workpiece under the pressure of the template. This can adapt to various complex curved surface shapes. The sanding frame component of the sanding machine is the core component for realizing the main cutting motion, including contact rollers, tensioning rollers, guide rollers, press grinders, tensioning cylinders, sanding belt movement devices, etc. The cooperation of these components can realize the high-speed rotation and oscillation movement of the sanding belt.
