Deep Grooving Machine is designed specifically for deep groove cutting on balsa wood and structural foam cores (PET, PVC, PU) – the kind of grooves you need for shear web integration, weight reduction, or resin flow channels in thick composite panels. It runs on a 22KW variable‑frequency main spindle (0–2500 RPM) with a 30KW total power input. The machine handles panels up to 1300 mm wide and 80 mm thick. Groove spacing can be set to 20×20, 25×25, 30×30, or 40×40 mm, and feed speed is adjustable from 1 to 12 m/min. A digital thickness adjustment motor (0.75KW) ensures precise groove depth control, and all parameters are set via a touch screen HMI.

Digital thickness adjustment motor – 0–1440 RPM, 0.75KW. You set the target groove depth on the touch screen, and the motor automatically positions the cutting head. No manual cranks.
Touch screen HMI – All parameters (depth, spacing, feed speed, spindle RPM) are changed digitally. Save recipes for different products.
