In operation, UV paint (or other suitable paint) is pumped from the storage tank to the curtain coating head, where it falls to form a stable, uniform curtain. Excess paint falls back into the tank, where it is heated, filtered, and de‑foamed before being recirculated. This cycle ensures a consistent, high‑quality finish every time.
