Working Principle of Wood Embossing Machine
The embossing roller carries the engraved pattern. The wood panel passes through a heating zone to soften its surface, then goes into the nip between the embossing roller and the pressure roller. Under combined heat and pressure, the texture from the roller is transferred onto the panel. The depth of the embossed grain can be controlled by adjusting the roller gap or pressure.
Features of Wood Grain Embosser
Creates three‑dimensional textures on MDF, plywood, solid wood, and other板材 – including imitation wood grains, vertical lines, or custom patterns. The embossed result has a strong tactile and visual depth, much better than flat printed paper.
Equipped with a heating system that softens the wood surface at controlled temperatures (typically 80–150°C), making the embossing process easier and the pattern sharper.
Adjustable embossing depth – most models allow changing the gap or pressure between the embossing roller and the counter roller to meet different design requirements.
Helps hide natural defects such as knots and black lines on solid wood. The slight carbonisation effect from high‑temperature embossing makes the surface look cleaner and more uniform.
