• Application : The compressed wood pallet machine mainly uses waste wood, sawdust, shavings and straw as raw materials to produce molded pallets.

The molded pallet machine uses waste wood chips, shavings, and scraps generated by the wood processing industry as the main raw materials, and processes them into wooden pallets through processes such as crushing, drying, mixing with glue, and hot pressing. Moreover, our pallet molds can also be customized in size and shape according to the specifications required by customers.

These pallets are mainly used for factory production turnover or packaging, and are also ideal supplies for logistics companies and warehousing companies. Pallets are not only carriers for stacking goods, but also tools for mechanized loading and unloading and handling. Pallets and forklifts together form the transportation system of container units. Therefore, pallets have become an indispensable and important tool in modern logistics systems and are widely used by countries around the world.

The molded pallet adopts an integrated pressing process, combined with advanced 3D stable structural design to give the molded pallet excellent load-bearing capacity. The raw materials for moulded pallets can be waste wood, sawdust, sawdust, shavings, logs, burnt forest, planks, branches, wood chips, waste pallets, etc. and wood processing residues (slabs, slats, garden wood core, waste veneer, etc.). It can also be used for non-wood materials (such as hemp stalk, cotton stalk, reed, bamboo, etc.). Any raw material rich in fiber can be used to produce pallets, such as straw, waste paper, bamboo, palm tree, coconut, cork, wheat straw, bagasse, miscanthus, etc. Before molding the raw materials, it needs to be crushed to the size required for production, so that the fibers of the raw materials are neat and consistent, and the products are more beautiful.

The fine wood chips are first dried from high temperature to low temperature, then mixed with thermosetting resin and molded under high temperature conditions. During this process, the internal temperature of the pallet reaches 105°C, and the internal temperature of the pallet is kept above 56°C for more than 30 minutes. The final moisture content of the product does not exceed 9% (detailed data is subject to actual production).

The entire production process is carried out under high temperature and high pressure, killing any insects and fungi remaining in the wood. At the same time, due to the high density of the produced wood products, any other insects can be prevented from reproducing and re-invading.

Raw materials, shavings, and sawdust preparation: Wood (high density increases the weight of the pallet), shavings are generally 50mm long, 10-20mm wide, and about 0.5mm thick. Small-diameter wood, branch wood or wood processing residues should be cleaned of dust, and the bark content should be strictly controlled, not exceeding 5% to ensure good shavings. The shavings thickness of 0.3~0.5mm is the best. After magnetic separation, the wood chips are sent to the drum flaker to be processed into shavings, and then sent to the dryer. The moisture content of the shavings after drying should be controlled within the range of 2~3% (reference). Small shavings and unqualified oversized shavings need to be sorted and removed.

Paving and hot pressing: Using the automatic molded pallet equipment production line, the raw materials are sent to the glue mixer and the pre-prepared glue to be fully mixed, and then sent to the press mold through the feeding trolley. • The mould is engraved by a whole high strength thick steel plate with strong resistance to high temperature and high pressure. So it has higher strength.
• Drilled inside the steel plate, the heat conduction oil way is well-distributed conduction performance, which completely solved the problem of welded oil circuit spilling.
• All oil circuits are sealed by removable plugs, and are easy to maintain and dredge, which will longer the service life of the mould.

• The wooden pallet press machine is mainly used to press-molded pallets with wood chips, straws, waste chemical fibers, and other raw materials. It has an independent hydraulic system. After years of production practice in our factory, it has been proven to have good stability, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, convenient mold replacement, and can produce compression trays of various specifications.
• The hydraulic wood pallet machine has a reasonable structure design, adopts three-way synchronous positioning, precise balance of mold clamping, quick filling, and rapid pressurization, and can be fully pressurized in place within 35 seconds. After pressing the work button, the press can automatically complete the whole process of pressing down, pressurizing, pressure limiting, holding pressure, timing, pressure relief, demoulding, and rising to the position.

1. Material preparation: Raw materials can use the waste wood, branches, crop straws, waste chemical fibers, etc.  Through wood processing equipment (wood crusher or wood shaving machine) to make wood dust or shavings. The thickness of the material between 0.3-0.5mm is the best, too small or too large needs to be sorted out. The processed wood dust and shavings need to be sent to the drum dryer for drying, and the moisture content after drying should be controlled within the range of 2%-3%.
2. Glue mixing: In order to prevent the raw materials from being broken, it is not advisable to use a high-speed glue mixing machine. Generally, a roller glue mixing machine is the most used. Send the measured shavings and urea-formaldehyde resin to the glue mixer, and the moisture content of the shavings after mixing should be controlled within the range of 8%-10%.
3. Paving and hot pressing: First adjust the upper and lower limit temperature, pressing time, and safety pressure of the thermostat. Then put the mixed material into the mold and spread it out. When the mold temperature reaches the required temperature, the pallet can be pressed.
4. Grinding: After the set time is up, the mold opens automatically, and the pressed pallet is automatically ejected from the lower mold. After the operator takes out the pallet, then polishing the corners with a grinder to obtain the finished product.

The moulded pallets have a wide range of applications, it’s suitable for building materials, electrical, hardware, food, chemical, furniture, and machinery products together with goods packaging, transportation, turnaround, especially suitable for container vehicles (container cars). It can also be used for mechanized loading and unloading of trains, automobiles, airplanes, and ships, etc. It is an ideal tool for warehousing, transportation, logistics, import, and export trade.
