Product Description

This reciprocating spraying machine is purpose‑built for linear and narrow‑profile workpieces – including door casings, skirting boards, window trim, picture frame mouldings, and similar strip‑shaped components. It delivers consistent, high‑quality coating on the top surface and both side edges in a single pass, making it an ideal solution for door and window manufacturers, furniture producers, and decorative moulding workshops.
How It Works
The machine operates on a simple but effective principle: workpieces are fed continuously through the system on a conveyor belt, while a reciprocating spray gun carriage moves back and forth across the conveying direction. Multiple spray guns apply a fine, uniform mist of coating to the exposed surfaces. The reciprocating stroke is precisely matched to the workpiece width, ensuring full coverage without waste.
The system automatically detects each workpiece’s dimensions and position, triggering the spray guns only when material is present. This eliminates idle spraying on empty conveyor sections and significantly reduces paint consumption.

Product Features
Intelligent operation – no programming required
The machine is designed for straightforward, user‑friendly operation. A simple one‑button start initiates the entire spraying sequence. The control system automatically adjusts stroke length, gun activation points, and conveyor speed based on the workpiece parameters, so operators do not need any coding or programming skills.
Multi‑point sensing for precise gun control
Multiple sensors positioned along the conveyor continuously detect the workpiece’s actual length and width. This information is used to switch individual spray guns on and off at the exact right moments, ensuring paint is applied only to the workpiece surface – not to the conveyor belt or surrounding area.
UV paint recycling system
For UV coatings, the machine is equipped with a dedicated recovery unit that captures overspray and returns it directly to the supply line. The recovered paint is filtered and reused immediately, improving overall paint utilisation and reducing material costs – especially valuable for expensive UV formulations.
Flexible spray gun configuration
The standard configuration includes six spray guns, with interchangeable nozzles in 0.8, 1.0, and 1.3 mm calibres. This allows the system to handle a wide range of coating viscosities and film thickness requirements, from thin decorative finishes to heavier protective coats.
Durable construction
Built on a rigid welded steel frame, the machine is designed for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments. All moving parts are protected against paint mist ingress, and access panels are provided for quick cleaning and maintenance.
Primary Applications
Door casings and frames – the linear components that surround door openings
Skirting boards and baseboards – floor‑level trim elements
Window trim and mouldings – decorative profiles around windows
Picture and mirror frames – narrow profiles requiring clean, even coating
Decorative architectural trims – various linear elements used in interior fit‑out
