Product Description
This is a small, tilting saw designed specifically for cutting bevels and chamfers on balsa wood and foam core panels. The blade assembly tilts to an angle, so you can cut slanted edges – useful for fitting core pieces together in wind blade molds or creating tapered edges on sandwich panels.
The saw runs on a 1.5KW variable‑frequency spindle at 3000 RPM, with a total power input of 1.5KW at 380V. It handles panels up to 1300 mm long, 1340 mm wide, and 80 mm thick. The external dimensions are compact: 1700×1520×1400 mm. One nice feature: the saw wheels are rubber‑coated, which reduces wear on the blade and improves cutting accuracy – especially important when cutting soft, friable materials like balsa.
