Product Description

Tire shredder is a crushing equipment specially designed for tires with large volume, thickness and hardness. It can effectively shred rubber tires, bias tires, radial tires, and car tires. After the tires are shredded, they can be ground into powder by a grinding machine for further processing. The tire shredder can directly shred any steel wire tire with a diameter less than 2000mm without any prior treatment of the tires. The mouth wire can be directly shredded. It greatly improves production efficiency and saves labor.

The tire shredder adopts microcomputer (PC) automatic control, with start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control functions. It has the characteristics of low speed, high torque, low noise, etc. The bearing seat adopts a split type, which is easy to disassemble and replace the knife. It is suitable for shredding extra large, extra thick and difficult to shred materials.

Working Principle Of Tire Shredder Machine

Tire shredder structure:

The tire shredder consists of a motor, a hardened gear reducer, a rotating blade shaft, a moving blade, a fixed blade, a frame, a base, a box, and other main structures.

The rotating blade shaft is equipped with a removable embedded moving blade. The number of moving blades depends on the different models and the size of the rotating blade shaft. The moving blade is a four-corner blade that can be used. After being blunt, it is removed and the angle is changed until the four sides are blunt and then sharpened. Because it is a claw-type moving blade, rotary cutting, and the fixed blade and the moving blade are made of SKD11, the hardness reaches HRC60° or more after heat treatment, so it has a long service life, strong cutting ability, and high production capacity.

Working Principle :

The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system. The box carries a shredding blade. The push box pushes the material to the vicinity of the blade. The material is torn into small pieces by the comprehensive effects of tearing, squeezing, and shearing of the shredding blade and discharged from the sieve hole.
