Product Description

Upper Floating Lacquer Sander 01

Lacquer sanding machine is a device that replaces manual polishing of the paint surface. It has significant effects on improving production efficiency, improving yield and reducing labor intensity. Since the surface coating of the primer is very thin, the process requires that the primer coating cannot be sanded through. Therefore, it is a special equipment with high precision requirements and an important equipment in painting equipment.

The Lacquer sanding machine adopts a method in which the conveying table is fixed and the sanding frame is adjustable. The height of the sanding frame can be adjusted to adapt to workpieces of different thicknesses, and the sanding belt speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion to adapt to the characteristics of different paints. This design can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of horizontal stripes and white edges.

The machine body is made of steel plate bending and welding, which is heavy and stable in operation. The sanding frame adopts a four-column synchronous lifting mechanism with small error and high precision. It is equipped with a sensor to monitor the sanding belt walking track, and a correction device to ensure stable sanding. The sanding belt is easy to replace.

Purpose of Lacquer sanding machine

Working principle of Upper Floating Lacquer Sander

The upper floating lacquer sander machine consists of an integral frame, a workbench lifting system, a workbench conveying system, a material pressing system, a sanding frame sanding system, a polishing system, a dust removal system and a circuit pneumatic control system.

The sanding belt is connected into a ring according to the process requirements and is put on the sanding rubber roller. The pneumatic tensioner on the sanding frame keeps the sanding belt at a certain tension. The sanding roller rotates at the set speed, driving the sanding belt to run at a uniform speed. The workpiece is transported to the sanding area at a uniform speed through the conveyor belt. The height of the workbench can be adjusted according to the thickness of the workpiece, so that the workpiece passes through the surface of the sanding belt under appropriate pressure. The high-speed rotation of the sanding belt can physically remove the primer defects on the surface of the workpiece, realize automatic polishing of the primer surface, and achieve an ideal sanding effect.

The floating design can adjust the height of the sanding frame according to the workpieces of different plate thicknesses, and can effectively eliminate horizontal lines, white edges and other phenomena. The machine is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as emergency stop, automatic running edge emergency stop, insufficient air pressure protection, broken belt protection, etc., which can be quickly shut down under abnormal conditions.
