Working principle of Wide Belt Sanding Machine
The wide belt sander uses an endless sanding belt that is tensioned on two or more rollers. One or some of the rollers are responsible for driving the sanding belt to move, and the motor drives the rollers to rotate, so that the sanding belt moves at a certain speed.
The processed material is conveyed to the working area of the sanding belt through a certain feeding device. During the material conveying process, the material grinding amount and efficiency can be controlled by adjusting the conveying speed.
When the material is contacted by the sanding belt, the abrasive grains on the sanding belt grind the material surface, remove the pre-cured layer and uneven parts of the material, and make the surface reach the required flatness and finish.
