How Does The Wood Pelletizing Machine Work?

1.Raw material preparation: First, wood chips, sawdust or other biomass raw materials are crushed to ensure that their particle size is suitable for entering the pellet machine.

2.Feeding system: The crushed raw materials enter the pelletizing chamber through a variable frequency speed feeder. The design of the feeding system can ensure that the raw materials enter the pellet machine evenly.

3.Heating and softening: During the pelletizing process, the raw materials are subjected to high temperature and high pressure under the high-speed rotation of the ring die and the pressure wheel, and the raw materials gradually soften.
