Processing process of wheat straw pellets
1. Use a pulverizer or hammer crusher to crush the wheat straw into powder.
2. Dry the wheat straw powder. When producing wheat straw pellets, high-quality, dry, and clean materials are very important. The recommended moisture content of wheat straw is less than 14%.
3. Granulate with a wheat straw pellet machine.
4. If you don’t make many pellets each time, you can cool the pellets in the sun.
5. Store the pellets in containers/silos or pack them into bags for future use.
